About the Role We’re looking for an inspiring and experienced Centre Director to lead our brand-new Lyons Early Learning Centre (ELC) and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. Description To be successful for this role, you must possess the following: Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) – 4 years, ACECQA approved Minimum 5 years practical experience in early learning settings At least 2 years in an early learning management role with direct staff supervision Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and mediation skills Proven budget management experience In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF & MTOP, and government funding models Commitment to professional boundaries and ethical practices. Desirable: Experience with Children’s Services Program, Three-Year-Old Preschool Initiative, and Additional Child Care Subsidy programs Current First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis) Current Working with Vulnerable People Card and Police Check Mandatory Reporting training/refresher within the last 12 months Other Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis) Current Working with Vulnerable People Card and Police Check Mandatory Reporting training/refresher within the last 12 months Skills And Experiences Why work with Woden Community Services?
