Administration/Customer Support Officer

Office based role in Singleton with onsite parking available

About the role

In this role, you will provide valuable and productive administration and customer service support to the Coal Services Health business unit. You will have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines to accurately respond to queries related to medicals. You will have excellent customer service skills working with both our customers and clients. You will be respectful towards customers and have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines to be able to accurately respond to queries.

Your typical day will include

* Address any incoming emails
* Maintaining accurate information and file management

About you

Your education, experience and skills include:

* HSC or TAFE equivalent
* Cert III in Business Administration (desirable)
* Previous administration experience in a medical practice or scheduling and appointment allocation (desirable)
* Dedicated team player with a focus on customer service excellence
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
* Friendly and professional outlook combined with a strong work ethic
* Discretion and the ability to keep information confidential
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture - we care, we work together, we make a difference

Eligibility and background check

* Permanent roles are open only to Australian and New Zealand Permanent Residents or Citizens.
* Visa holders with unlimited right to work in Australia will be considered for Fixed Term Contracts.
