You’ll be the engine that keeps things running to task and to time, anticipating what’s required before it’s asked.A snapshot of the role and key projects:Provide administrative support to the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; and the broader department heads as required;Coordinate key meetings, strategic planning sessions and leadership events, including preparing agendas, presentations, briefing papers and taking minutes;Maintain, refine and coordinate internal processes to improve workflows and efficiencies for the Executive team;Manage all travel requirements for Executive team;Diary/email management, credit card reconciliations, purchase order management;Answering and routing calls, including complaints, to the correct team members;Be the go-to problem solver, and responsible for a well-presented workplace that clients love to visit, & staff are proud to work in.About youWith prior experience in executive support to senior leadership, you will be a confident communicator with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities to meet organisational goals. Additionally, you will:Possess three or more years’ experience in an administrative role, reporting directly to senior management (experience in franchising and/or real estate would be advantageous);Have strong written and verbal communication skills; confidently able to communicate with all stakeholders;Be a proactive and highly organised individual, with strong problem solving and time management skills;Thrive in fast paced environments, with the ability to remain calm under pressure;Have experience handling matters discretely, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting Executives with reliability;Be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwares;Ready to make an impact?
