You are a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources and/or Indigenous employment matters, specialising in fostering diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace. With extensive expertise in engaging with and developing Indigenous talent, you bring a proven track record in implementing talent management solutions and building meaningful stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in engaging with and supporting Indigenous talent;
* Excellent consulting and relationship management skills;
* Highly developed research, analytical and conceptual skills;
* Strong project management skills;
