Key Responsibilities
* Answer all telephone enquiries and maintain accurate records
* General administration including data entry, stationery ordering and cash management
* Assist with staff rosters and training schedules ensuring efficient operation of the reception area
* Support visitor enquiries conduct home tours and provide administrative assistance
What You Will Bring
* Previous experience working in a busy reception role
* Ability to multi-task meet deadlines and work independently
* Strong accuracy and data entry skills with PC literacy and Microsoft Office proficiency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding customer service abilities
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a bright friendly demeanor
