We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Front Office professional to lead our guest-focused team in this influential role. Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will oversee the entire Front Office operation and build a high‐performing team that consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Through effective training, regular feedback and hands‐on leadership, you will drive service excellence while contributing to financial performance and revenue targets.

Located within an award‐winning boutique hotel, this position offers the opportunity to lead Front Office operations in a property that welcomes leisure, corporate, conference and wedding guests.

Key Responsibilities Include

* Leading and supporting a service‐driven team, ensuring seamless day‐to‐day operations
* Developing team capability through structured inductions, ongoing training, delegation and feedback
* Communicating and maintaining standards, policies, procedures, rates, packages and hotel information
* Monitoring systems and processes including cash handling, payments and PMS reservations
* Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally and efficiently
* Overseeing a 24/7 operation with varied rosters across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

About You

* Proven experience in a Front Office leadership role within a hotel environment
* A hands‐on leadership style that motivates and supports your team, especially during peak service periods
* A vibrant personality and passion for delivering boutique‐style, personalised service
* The ability to prioritise, take initiative and perform under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
* Strong commercial acumen and a drive to achieve revenue targets through proactive selling
