Citisurv is a modern surveying company working across a wide range of surveying disciplines. Based in Newington we service the greater Sydney area. The successful person will be engaged in Topographic, level and detail Surveys, Boundary Identification Surveys, Set Out, Works-as-Executed and Subdivision Surveys. We also operate Laser Scanners. Lots of diversity in day to day tasks. Not just construction grids day after day. The successful applicant will have good communications skills, be able to work as a part of a team and manage a project from ordering the search to invoicing the client. Qualifications & experience
* Degree, TAFE or relevant tertiary qualifications.
* Current drivers license.
* OH&S Construction Industry White Card.
* A strong work ethic.
* Excellent written and oral communications skills with fellow staff and clients.
* Minimum 1-2 years of surveying experience required.
* Australian permanent residency status required.
Tasks & responsibilities
* The work includes but is not limited to:
* Managing small and large scale work as directed from job start to completion.
* Liaise with clients on site.
* Construction setouts (small to large scale projects)
* Details Surveys
* Works as Executed surveys
* Subdivision / Consolidation / Redefinition surveys
* Identification Surveys
* Strata
* Laser Scanning
Benefits
* Package includes Company vehicle and phone allowance. Regular hours from 8.00am to 4.30pm but you may be required to work overtime. Salary commensurate with experience.
