The role can be part-time (school hours, 5 days a week) for a parent, or a full-time permanent position.
Job Description
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* End-to-end Accounts Payable
* Processing invoices (stock & non-stock)
* Managing the AP inbox
* Handling international and local payments
* Managing funds in multiple currencies
* Conducting payment runs fortnightly
* Assisting with training and mentoring new finance admin employees
* Supporting change, process, and system implementations/improvements
* Performing other ad hoc duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar Accounts Payable role and be a natural problem solver. They should be tech-savvy, with Xero experience as a bonus. Strong communication skills, a flair for numbers, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
