Job Opportunity:
Enerflow seeks a visionary leader to spearhead national expansion. The CEO will shape strategic direction, drive sales and distribution growth, oversee major projects, and represent a leading VRFB brand in Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote commercial strategy and growth of Enerflow's Australian operations
* Build and manage the sales organization, channel partners, and technical support relationships
* Drive business development across utilities, mining, government, EPCs, and industrial customers
* Oversee tender submissions, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement
* Collaborate with the board and international manufacturing partners
* Establish strong governance, budgeting, reporting, and operational systems
* Represent the company at industry events, government briefings, and with major clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Senior executive experience (GM / CEO / Head of Sales / Commercial Director)
* Strong track record in sales management, commercial strategy, or market development
* Experience in renewable energy, batteries, power systems, or industrial technology beneficial but not essential
* Ability to build relationships with government, utilities, EPCs, and large corporate clients
* Commercially astute, entrepreneurial, and confident working with a fast-growing company
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
Compensation Package:
* Base Salary: $150,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
* Profit Participation: 5% of net profit, reflecting exceptional long-term growth potential
* Additional incentives negotiable for exceptional candidates
