We're seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at KPJ Technical Services Pty Ltd.
In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional remote IT support and troubleshooting to our valued Healthcare clients.
We are located in the Milsons Point, NSW area.
With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise.
* Provide advanced-level technical support and problem-solving for a variety of IT systems and applications in healthcare
* Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating to higher-level support as needed
* Assist with the implementation and configuration of new IT systems and technologies
* Maintain and update IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Proactively monitor systems and identify potential issues to prevent disruptions
* Provide on-site and remote support as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Level 2 or higher IT support role
* Strong technical skills and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
* Proficient in Windows, Servers, Citrix, as well as common business applications and software
* Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and IT asset management
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address the root cause of issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Motivated and proactive with a keen interest in emerging technologies
