The role of Digital services officer will provide services to the Directorate to better understand business units' systems and process. Working with stakeholders you will undertake requirement analysis and present findings for the advancement of technology improvement to the directorates business system owners.
Support current and future business systems by providing project process support, auditing, user administration and enhancements.
Establish and maintain business relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operation of the section.

This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. Hybrid working is also utilised in this area.
