What We Offer Competitive remuneration package Company vehicle, fuel card & Telstra E-Sim Travel Allowance (Project dependent) Opportunities for upskilling, technical mentoring & career growth Supportive, high-performing team environment Advanced remote support technology Employee Assistance Program The Role We are currently looking to employ fulltime suitably skilled EFM’s to join our teams on projects at various locations around QLD HV / LV / Private Network Development – multiple projects Light Industrial processing facility You will be working with our highly skilled team to provide: Industrial electrical installation, fault finding and maintenance Electrical shutdowns Overhead and Underground Network Maintenance and Construction Substation Construction and Maintenance HV apparatus installation and cable jointing Commercial Solar Construction and Maintenance As a key member of our project delivery team, you will: Support project planning and scheduling in collaboration with the Project Managers Ensure that project safety and progress meet our high standards Complete works to required safety and quality benchmarks Be prepared for travel (FIFO/DIDO) as required for projects across QLD, NSW and VIC Foster strong working relationships and contribute to a positive team culture Offer technical insight, suggest design improvements, and support cost optimisation Access to AS Standards at your fingertips Demonstrate exceptional time management and collaborative leadership skills. What You’ll Need QLD Electrical Licence QLD Drivers Licence (HR desirable) CPR/LVR (current) Construction Industry White Card Proven experience in a similar role Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings Strong safety mindset and work ethic Sound communication and computer literacy Highly Regarded (but not essential): HV Switching Ticket HV Cable Termination Experience High Risk Work Licence (WP, LF) Please Note: A pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing will be required.
