About the Opportunity
Endurance Mining is seeking an experienced Senior Field Supervisor to join our Exploration team on a 12 month fixed term contract, coordinating greenfield exploration activities across regional and near‐mine programs within our tenement portfolio.
As our Senior Field Supervisor, you'll oversee the safe and efficient execution of geological, geochemical, and geophysical exploration programs. Reporting to the Senior Exploration Geologist, you'll play a critical role in planning, coordination, and logistical delivery of field activities while ensuring the highest standards of safety, environmental compliance, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate field‐based stakeholders, including field technicians and earthworks contractors
* Support drill site preparation, flagging, pegging, and rehabilitation activities in full compliance with safety, environmental, and heritage regulations
* Oversee sampling programmes including soil samples, RAB/RC chips, diamond core, and QAQC processes
* Manage end‐to‐end sample tracking, dispatch, and laboratory liaison to ensure data quality and integrity
* Coordinate exploration consumables management, budget tracking, and purchase order administration
* Provide logistical support for earthwork contractors and site‐based project teams
* Support Native Title clearances and heritage monitoring programmes
* Coordinate drill rig onboarding inspections including weed and seed checks
* Supervise and mentor field technicians and contractor personnel
* Develop and continuously improve exploration field procedures
What You'll Bring
Essential:
* WA exploration experience (essential requirement)
* Proven experience supervising RC and Diamond drilling operations in exploration programmes
* Current WA "C" class driver's licence
* 4x4 wheel drive competency
* HRW forklift licence
* Senior First Aid training
* Solid understanding of field exploration procedures and ability to work in remote environments
* Excellent computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills
* Knowledge of database and logging software (DataShed, Log Chief Lite)
* Schedule 26 statutory supervisor training certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desired:
* Understanding of Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations
* Excellent understanding of QAQC, data management, and validation processes
* Experience with GPS software operation
* Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Professional work ethic and commitment to safety excellence
