About the Role:
You'll play a vital role in developing high-quality eLearning programs for use within the Moodle LMS, working closely with subject matter experts to turn complex procedures into clear, engaging, interactive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop interactive learning content for delivery via Moodle.
2. Conduct learning needs analyses and develop course frameworks aligned with adult learning principles.
3. Collaborate with SMEs and visual designers to compile engaging and structured course materials.
4. Create SCORM-compliant modules and assessments using tools like Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
5. Ensure courses meet accessibility and usability standards.
6. Monitor learner progress and feedback through Moodle analytics and adjust course content accordingly.
7. Maintain Moodle course structure, enrolments, and user support documentation.
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
* Proven expertise in Moodle course development and administration.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
* Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate).
* Familiarity with SCORM standards and LMS integration.
* Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
* Certification in instructional design or Moodle administration.
* Video editing or graphic design experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Canva, etc.).
* Experience in simulations, micro-credentialing, or high-stakes training environments.
