Role Purpose
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for providing expert solutions and insights relevant to their assigned portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships and ensures Winc is helping our customers achieve a better work‐life.
Key Accountabilities
* Manage retention and profitability of contracts
* Focus on customer treatments tailored to overall company strategy
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all relevant contacts within client organisations
* Maintain expert knowledge of the industry, including products, systems and unique value propositions
* Effectively manage all aspects of sales activity and the customer lifecycle
* Grow share of wallet within assigned territory

* B2B experience and industry knowledge
* Record of success in achieving targets
* Ability to analyse customer financial data and develop solutions for the customer
* Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
* Mindset of drive, confidence, accountability and adaptability
