Chef Opportunity
We are seeking experienced cooks to join our team in Brisbane, working on a fly-in/fly-out roster.
The Position:
* You will prepare and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.
* Provide exceptional service when interacting with staff, residents, and guests.
* Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies.
* Collaborate with the Head Chef to create specials outside the regular menu cycle.
* Manage client expectations.
The Person:
* Experience in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen.
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
* Passion for providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to follow safe food handling procedures.
* Professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
* Pre-employment medical clearance, including drug and alcohol screening and national police check.
