Registered Nurse - South West Coast VIC (Relocation Opportunity) We're currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse for a permanent part-time role (mixed shifts) on the South-West coast of Victoria. Focus on creating supportive, inclusive environments for their healthcare teams Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical standards Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, monitoring changes in health and wellbeing Administer medications safely and maintain accurate documentation of all treatments and care provided Coordinate and supervise care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure best practice Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding care needs and updates Maintain compliance with aged care regulations, quality standards, and infection control procedures Support end-of-life care with compassion and dignity Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes within the facility Participate in resident care reviews, handovers, and case conferences Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors Key Requirements / Skills: Current AHPRA registration Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Minimum 3 years registered nursing experience (aged care strongly preferred) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills Knowledge of aged care standards, medication administration, and infection control Compassionate, patient-focused approach with respect for resident dignity Benefits and Perks: $42-66/hr salary super and salary packaging Relocation assistance/ initial accommodation provided Additional employee benefits tailored to support your wellbeing A strong, positive work culture where your contributions are valued Opportunities for learning, growth, and career advancement Welcoming candidates from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels To discuss further, contact Madi for a friendly, confidential chat: *E4 are recruiting for various positions and are happy to help find the best option with you* Madi Stambolis (Recruitment Consultant) 0483 931 593 | madeleine@e4recruitment.com.au
