THE OPPORTUNITY

We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking for a proactive Finance Manager to join our leadership team to strengthen our financial management, reporting, and strategic decision‑making capabilities and drive sustainable financial growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for Hub leadership and Mulpha Group.
* Coordinate annual audit and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.
* Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, providing analysis of key trends, variances, and business drivers.
* Develop financial models to support pricing, investment, and growth strategies.
* Analyse SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, customer acquisition costs, LTV, etc.) and operational KPIs to drive business performance.
* Provide clear, forward‑looking financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
* Manage day‑to‑day cashflow and working capital, ensuring adequate liquidity.
* Oversee BAS, GST, payroll tax, and other statutory obligations.
* Contribute to the evolution of finance systems and reporting frameworks to support Hub's global growth.
YOUR BACKGROUND
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within the IT/software or SaaS industry within a high growth environment expanding globally.
* Proficiency with Xero accounting software.
* Understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements a business expanding globally.
* Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with both technical and non‑financial stakeholders.
* Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
