We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
This role plays a key part in supporting payroll and accounts administration, ensuring timesheets and payroll data are accurate, complete, and submitted within required deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of the timesheet collection process, ensuring all timesheets are submitted on time & accurately.
Proactively follow up with site-based employees to resolve missing or late timesheets.
Obtain prompt approval of timesheets from site supervisors to meet payroll deadlines.
Accurately enter timesheet and payroll data into relevant systems, maintaining a high level of precision.
Liaise with employees to identify and resolve missing, incomplete, or incorrect timesheet information.
Assist with collecting, verifying, and maintaining employee bank details, tax information, and superannuation information.
Coordinate with internal administration teams to obtain required payroll and accounts information.
Respond to payroll-related enquiries, providing solutions and escalating issues where required to meet deadlines.
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling payroll and employee information.
Provide general administrative support to the director and senior staff as required.
Communicate confidently and professionally via telephone and email with employees, site supervisors, and internal teams.
