Flight Attendant Job Description
The role of a flight attendant involves providing exceptional customer service to passengers on board commercial aircraft. As a solo flight attendant, you will be responsible for managing the entire cabin independently, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage in-flight services, including food and beverage delivery, while maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
* Perform equipment/security checks, make in-flight announcements, and handle various situations that may occur in the cabin.
* Clean the cabin and ensure a clean and safe environment for passengers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications, including:
* A minimum of 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or equivalent experience working in Australia or New Zealand.
* A current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
* Ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which requires a police security check.
* Experience in customer service and a natural willingness to please and care for people.

Eligibility Criteria:
