Job Description Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the breakfast section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Coordinate daily breakfast mise en place and service requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience. Prepare and present a range of breakfast offerings with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain efficient kitchen operations and service delivery. Assist with menu development, recipe refinement, and the introduction of seasonal breakfast offerings. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment in line with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels within your section and assist with ordering, stock rotation, and waste minimisation initiatives. Support, mentor, and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen culture. Contribute to the broader success of the business by assisting across different kitchen sections and operational areas as required.
