As a Stores Person, you will be responsible for supporting our Supply Chain Coordinator with warehouse operations. This includes picking, packing, stocktaking, warehouse transfers, store setup, and general housekeeping tasks.
This role reports to the Supply Chain Coordinator, QLD, collaborating closely with the Gladstone Team.
About You
* You should have at least 4 years' experience in Warehouse/production environment.
* You must have a strong understanding of purchasing, inventory, and warehousing best practices.
* A valid Forklift License is required.
* You need to be able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
* You are a team player who can work efficiently with production and warehouse staff.
* You should have accurate and precise attention to detail.
* You must have knowledge of WHS requirements.
* You are responsible for maintaining good housekeeping standards.
* You need to be physically fit to perform stores tasks.
Desirable Skills And Experience
* Prior experience working in a production/maintenance environment managing stock levels and demand needs.
* Previous experience with SAP systems.
* Qualifications in logistics or Supply Chain would be advantageous.
