We are looking for a Program Manager to oversee the successful establishment of Bank Australia’s new Sydney Head Office on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. What you will be doing Overseeing external partners, including project management and design firms. Driving program governance, reporting, and risk management. Ensuring compliance with sustainability objectives and environmental commitments. Leading change management initiatives to support staff transition and cultural integration. Coordinating cross-functional teams and facilitating decision-making with senior leadership. What you will bring Proven leadership in large-scale workplace or infrastructure projects. Expertise in program and project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management. Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and corporate workplace trends.
