About you:
In your new role you will......
Provide quality social work services for consumers of the Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Service (AAMHIS).
You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team who will work collaboratively to deliver quality clinical care that is conducive to the dignity and wellbeing of consumers and their support networks.
Apply professional judgement to a clinical caseload, following routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence

In this position you will.....
Utilise communication and interpersonal skills to develop professional and multidisciplinary partnerships to achieve quality clinical service outcomes, applying conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
Actively participate in professional and multidisciplinary team meetings, including clinical case conferences, departmental and Hospital and Health Service meetings.
Enhance clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and facilitating, when required, professional development activities
