Casual Remedial Massage Trainer & Assessor position at Clean Health Group (CHG) – a global leader in fitness and wellness education. The role involves delivering face-to-face training at the Cannington campus, mentoring students, and contributing to industry standards through practical, clinical, and theoretical instruction.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, hands-on training in massage techniques and clinical practice
* Assess students' practical and theoretical competency
* Provide clear, constructive feedback to support student growth
* Supervise and guide students in clinic-based learning
* Maintain accurate assessment and compliance records
* Contribute to validation and moderation activities
* Stay current with industry trends and best practice standards
About You / Essential Requirements
* Diploma of Remedial Massage (or higher)
* Strong, recent industry experience as a practising therapist
* Current industry association membership (ATMS, MMA, ANTA or equivalent)
* Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or currently completing)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Working With Children Check
* Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Australia (Australian citizens, permanent residents, and work visa holders accepted)
