Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized care and support to elderly and disabled individuals
* Deliver services with integrity, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients
* Act with empathy and understanding, respecting clients' rights and freedoms
Requirements:
* Familiarity with Standing hoist/ceiling hoist and other equipment
* Possession of current qualification in Aged/Disability Care (Cert III Aged/Individual Support)
* Certification in NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
* Certificate in First Aid or willingness to obtain
* Valid WA driving license
* Experience as a disability support worker (desirable)
* Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (desirable)
