An exciting opportunity exists for a
Senior SAP Case Management Consultant
to support the design and delivery of
enterprise case management solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing
end-to-end case management capabilities, leveraging
SAP technologies and modern digital platforms. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into
scalable, user-centred solutions. Key Responsibilities
Lead
solution design and architecture
for enterprise case management systems Analyse business workflows and develop
effective case management solutions Design and integrate solutions across
SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, workflow tools, and external platforms Develop
proof-of-concepts and innovative NextGen solutions Define
user journeys, case handling processes, and service delivery models Support full delivery lifecycle including
configuration, integration, testing, and deployment Produce
technical specifications, architecture documentation, and standards Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment on
platform, data, and security requirements Ensure compliance with
governance and security frameworks Contribute to
continuous improvement and innovation initiatives Key Requirements
Solid expertise across: SAP S/4HANA SAP BTP and workflow/integration capabilities Experience in
business process modelling and workflow design Strong knowledge of
APIs, integration patterns, and cloud platforms Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to Have
Experience within
government, defence, or highly regulated environments Relevant
SAP, architecture, or delivery certifications Ability to work
autonomously and manage competing priorities Strong leadership presence with the ability to
influence senior stakeholders Security & Eligibility Requirements
Must be an
Australian Citizen Must hold an
