We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage our financial administration, payroll, and compliance functions.
Job Description
This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and administrative systems. You will work closely with management, installation teams, and external partners to guarantee accurate bookkeeping, timely payments, and ongoing compliance.
Key Duties
* Process payroll for all staff and contractors
* Accounts Receivable: invoicing & tracking payments, allocating receipts
* Accounts Payable: processing supplier bills, reconciling statements
* Compliance & HR tasks: ensuring documentation is up-to-date, onboarding paperwork, maintaining staff records
* Credit applications and management of supplier accounts
* General administration to support operations and management team
* Financial reporting support, including reconciliations and month-end preparation
* Coordinate with Director and accountants for quarterly BAS, ensuring all data is accurate, reconciled, and submitted on time
Requirements
Experience with Xero is essential
Minimum 2+ years of accounts management experience required
Experience in trade, construction, solar, or service-based business beneficial (but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Confident communication skills and proactive, solutions-focused attitude
