About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to drive new business growth by engaging high-value leads and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate CRM reporting and tracking performance against targets
* Converting new business opportunities within the General Practice sector
* Preparing and delivering proposals, quotes, and onboarding new clients
* Leading solution-focused conversations aligned to client needs
* Building and managing a strong client pipeline
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Attributes including patience, persistence, and a strategic, professional approach
* Minimum 2+ years’ experience in sales or business development
* Strong relationship building, negotiation, and closing skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to exceed sales targets
