Caretaker (Short-Term) Darwin Surf Life Saving Club
Role Overview
The caretaker is responsible for general upkeep of the club grounds, supporting venue operations, and keeping the facility secure. Approximate hours: **** hours per week (typically less during the wet season).
Key Duties
Maintain lawns, including mowing and edging (automatic sprinklers installed)
Keep the grounds tidy
Empty and sanitise outdoor bins
Maintain the driveway and parking area, including light pruning of access-way vegetation
Lock up the clubhouse each evening

The Darwin Surf Life Saving Club is seeking a short-term caretaker to support our club community while our current caretaker is away. DSLSC is located right on the beach at beautiful Casuarina Coastal Reserve, providing vital volunteer beach safety services to the Darwin community. Our venue also hosts regular functions and weddings during the dry season, and our bar operates on Friday and Sunday evenings.
