Your purpose is ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. You'll support and guide team members, handle customer inquiries, and work collaboratively as part of the store management team.
Responsibilities
* Opening and closing the store and supervising shifts.
* Providing clear, constructive, and inspiring feedback to the team.
* Assisting in training and onboarding team members.
* Serving customers at the registers with a smile.
* Keeping shelves stocked so customers can find all their favourites.
* Maintaining a safe environment by spotting incidents or hazards.
