Are you a total Remuneration and Benefits guru with a knack for balancing strategy, compliance, and employee experience?
We're looking for a sharp, analytical mind to join one of our favourite clients in the defence space for a 6-month journey, shaping competitive remuneration frameworks and benefits.
You'll dive into benchmarking, incentive design, pay equity, and policy development-partnering with HR and leadership to deliver reward strategies that attract and retain top talent.
Day to day include:
* Design and implement competitive remuneration structures and benefits programs.
* Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure pay equity and competitiveness.
* Develop incentive schemes and reward policies aligned with business objectives.
* Partner with HR and leadership to deliver strategic solutions that enhance employee engagement.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience and a specialist in remuneration and benefits strategy.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to navigate compliance requirements while driving innovative reward solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
This position is for an immediate start and offers a hybrid 3:2 model. The hourly rate is $80-$100 per hour + super pending expertise.
