We are seeking a Park Lead / Caretaker at Etty Bay Caravan Park. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal. Remuneration is negotiable.
Park Lead: Key Responsibilities
* Manage Holiday Park operations
* Provide excellent guest service
* Manage inventory and resources
* Handle data collection and reporting
* Perform caretaking duties
Qualifications
The successful candidate will participate in a mentoring/training program to equip you with the necessary skills. The ideal candidate should possess:
* Strong computer skills and experience with cloud-based platforms
* Highly desirable: Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management
* Ability to work efficiently within budget constraints while maintaining company standards
* Adaptability and willingness to follow established systems
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
