Full-Time Factory Supervisor Position at a sardine processing facility in Port Lincoln, South Australia.
Processing/freezing sardines for human consumption during the fishing season of October-June with a Christmas - New Year break. Maintenance is conducted July-September with opportunity for extended time off.
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the factory, leading a team, ensuring food safety requirements are followed and helping drive quality, safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team in day-to-day operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
Able to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Drivers licence.
Forklift Licence, or willingness to obtain.
Optional: HR Truck Licence, CV Crane or willingness to obtain.
