As the Principal Learning and Development Officer, you'll lead the end-to-end design, development and delivery of engaging learning solutions from research and mapping through to storyboarding, eLearning development in Rise, and rollout. This is a true designer's role: part researcher, part creator, and part problem-solver.
What you will do
• Design, develop and deliver eLearning resources that address leadership and management capability needs.
• Create engaging eLearning and blended learning solutions in Articulate Rise, from concept to completion.
• Research, map, and plan learning interventions based on identified priorities and business needs.
• Make informed design recommendations and ensure solutions are effective, accessible, and inclusive.
Who you are
You're a motivated, hands-on designer who enjoys turning ideas into learning experiences that work. You're equally comfortable collaborating with others or working independently to make sound design decisions.
You'll bring
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong capability in eLearning development using Articulate Rise (and ideally Storyline).
• Skill in mapping, researching, planning, and delivering capability development programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, adaptable and creative mindset.
