MISURA is a small, Australian owned designer furniture business that was established in 2013. We are known for our unique product range that is sourced predominantly from Italy that we carefully curate for the Australian retail and industry clients and sell them through our stores in Sydney and Melbourne.

What the role is
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Engaging with clients from the various lead channels such as email, phone or in the showroom, listening to and understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Closing sales and securing long-term clients, and exceeding revenue targets
- Developing in depth knowledge of the brands and products, taking your time to understand their history and the technical details of the products (basic training will be provided).
- Assist in maintaining the high standards of the showroom display, including but not limited to the opening & closing procedures.
- Ensuring that sales & ordering information has been entered correctly into our system.
- Liaising with the sales team to work towards the collective target and contribute to a high performing & thriving work environment.
What we'd like you to have
- Proven Sales experience. Experience with luxury sales is a plus
- Strong relationship building skills to nurture and foster long-term partnerships
- Excellent customer service skills with great attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, being able to clearly articulate product value & build rapport
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quick
- A great attitude and a team player
A little bit about you
You have proven experience in a Sales role and understand that any lead can be converted into a sale. You know what it takes to negotiate and make a deal for high value sales.
Your sales approach is confident and authentic and you have ability to read the room. You know when to go the extra mile for the client and when to let it go.
While you may not have direct furniture or design experience, you bring a solid understanding of the ability to understand a client's needs, find a solution and close a sale.
You take pride in product knowledge and will put extra effort to learn if needed. At MISURA, we take attention to detail and ability to articulate intricate details to client seriously as that is our DNA.
The business is run by our own developed software, so we are looking for someone who will be keen and confident to learn and pick up new systems and software.
You know how to work in a team environment and get behind the company's vision and direction, as we're all working to achieve success ourselves and the company.
Please note that the annual salary will be pro-rated to the working days.
