Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Manager to oversee the on‐site execution of precast projects at our Launceston, TAS location. The Site Manager will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating teams, ensuring deadlines, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, this role includes project planning, resource allocation, and liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
* Project Management and Leadership skills for overseeing teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
* Knowledge of Construction and Precast Concrete methods and best practices.
* Proficiency in Scheduling, Resource Allocation, and Budget Management.
* Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety standards and compliance.
* Strong Problem‐Solving, Decision‐Making, and Conflict Resolution skills.
* Excellent Communication and Client Relationship Management skills.
* Proficiency in construction software and tools, and familiarity with project management systems.
* A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* Previous experience in precast concrete or construction management roles is highly advantageous.
