We are seeking a commercially focused Territory Account Manager – Building Construction to grow our presence within the building sector and strengthen long-term customer partnerships.
The opportunity
This role is focused on developing opportunities across active and upcoming construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, survey teams and commercial stakeholders to understand delivery challenges and position solutions that support programme outcomes.
Success in this role comes from being visible in the market, building credibility with contractors and driving consistent pipeline growth across your territory.
Key responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, consultants and key project stakeholders
* Promote solutions that support site productivity, digital construction workflows and project certainty
* Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate outcomes aligned to project requirements
* Maintain an active pipeline across multiple projects and construction stages
* Work with technical and service teams to ensure successful installation, commissioning and support
* Monitor construction activity, project pipelines and competitor positioning
* Represent Aptella at industry briefings, contractor meetings and project reviews
About you
* Experience selling technical or construction solutions into builders, contractors or infrastructure projects
* Understanding of construction delivery environments and project pressures
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across site and commercial teams
* Ability to identify opportunities early and influence project outcomes
