Role Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the point of contact for both customers and technicians, ensuring schedules, jobs, and communications run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule & dispatch HVAC technicians
- Handle customer calls & updates
- Track jobs, parts, and service documentation
- Support daily operations alongside the Service Manager
Candidate Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- HVAC or service industry experience (essential)
- Positive, proactive attitude
