Ventia provides operational and preventative maintenance services to the Millmerran Power Station, which generates 870MW of electricity—powering over 1 million homes. Ventia’s contract was successfully renewed in September 2024, ensuring stable and ongoing work.
About the Role
Ventia is seeking a proactive and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Millmerran Power Station. In this role, you will manage high-risk, non-routine electrical tasks under the Annual Electrical Project (AEP) framework, working closely with site and client teams to ensure safe, efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead electrical maintenance and project execution.
* Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules.
* Provide technical support and reliability insights.
* Coordinate resources and stakeholder communication.
* Support shutdown and outage planning.
* Have experience with Hazardous areas and Dossiers.

About You
* Trade Qualified Electrician.
* Proven experience in electrical supervision within industrial or power generation environments.
* Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
* Planning experience with Maintenance planning tools.
* This role is based on-site at the Millmerran Power Station. For fatigue management reasons, the successful candidate must reside within a 1-hour drive of Millmerran or be willing to relocate (at their own expense).
