The Waste and Resource Recovery Service Planning team is responsible for recent services, trials and improvements to ensure that our services are financially and sustainably managed.n About your new role: An opportunity exists within the Waste and Resource Recovery Service Planning team to support some of our significant projects through investigation, service planning, project administration and stakeholder engagement as it relates to waste and resource recovery. This role will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and would be ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively to improve services for our community. n Responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): n - Support and manage a range of waste and resource recovery projects. - Work with different internal and external stakeholders to inform trials, projects or programs to improve resource recovery. - Document management and administration for projects and programs. - Contribute to the preparation of a range of high-quality reports, presentations and correspondence, utilise investigative and critical analysis skills and make clear recommendations. - Investigating, analysing and problem-solving recycling and waste diversion issues to arrive at fit-for-purpose solutions. - Providing support to other members of the team where your projects have shared elements. What you bring to your new role: - You hold a Bachelor of Project Management, Environmental Science or Equivalent Knowledge - Good verbal and written communication skills - Strong system and technical knowledge - Ability to work across multiple systems and interpret information from those for various stakeholders - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team - A Current Class C Drivers Licence.
