Early Childhood Education Professional
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education professional to join our team as a Lead Educator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on children's lives by creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time Lead Educator position that requires 38 hours of work per week with a rotating roster from 6:30am to 6:15pm. You will be part of a highly regarded early learning environment catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create a nurturing space where children can learn, explore, play, and grow.
* Work alongside your team to develop and implement evidence-based programs that promote high-quality outcomes for children.
* Foster a sense of community and collaboration among children, families, and staff.
What You Will Bring
To thrive in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be willing to commence studying. Additionally, you should possess First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, as well as a valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
You will also require a Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one). A passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community is essential, as is a team-player mindset.
