As a key leader within our retail environment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of trolleys, ensuring they are consistently available and easily accessible to customers.
* Deliver an outstanding service to customers by maintaining clean and well-presented facilities.
* Inspire your team to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service by setting an example and leading through positive influence.
* Exercise sound judgment when completing tasks such as operating floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and moving heavy items (up to 16kg).
* Ensure a safe working environment for team members and customers by adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Be physically active for prolonged periods and engage in lifting heavy items.
To excel in this role, you will require strong leadership abilities, including coaching and developing your team through authentic leadership. Excellent communication, time management, and task prioritisation skills are also essential.
