About the Opportunity
We are currently working with multiple respected mid-tier civil construction companies across Queensland are seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to lead the delivery of infrastructure and civil projects ranging from $500K to $25M.
These businesses have strong, ongoing pipelines with local councils, TMR, and private developers, covering roadworks, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, drainage, bridges, and infrastructure upgrades.

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple civil projects. You'll lead site teams, manage client relationships, and ensure safety, quality, and commercial performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all phases of civil projects from tender handover through to completion.
* Lead, mentor, and support project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
* Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
* Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, and environmental standards.
* Drive continuous improvement and foster a strong safety and performance culture.
About You
We're seeking experienced civil professionals with a proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects safely and successfully.
You'll ideally bring:
* 5+ years' experience in civil construction with at least 2 years in project management.
* Proven experience delivering roadworks, subdivisions, or infrastructure projects (TMR or local government experience highly regarded).
* Strong commercial and contractual understanding.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
* Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
