The **Associate Analyst, Client Technologies **is responsible for delivering a high standard of IT services to enable the organization in sustainable growth and competitiveness in the global market.
This position is part of the Global IT Department and is an onsite role located at our facility in
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Service Desk incident and request management
- EndUser computing systems and tools provisioning
- IT systems & facility maintenance
- Participate in IT and business-related projects
- Collaborate with global diverse IT teams
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Applicable degree program or IT industry certification
- 3+ years of Tier-1 & 2 Service Desk support and PC support experience
- PC and software troubleshooting and technical skills, including experience in Microsoft computing environment
- Understanding of network and server administration
- Provide remote and hands on user support for desktops, laptops, and manufacturing equipment
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- ITIL and/or MCSA certification
- Project management
- Root cause analysis
