About you
9. Drivers licence and own car - work vehicles can also be available
10. White Card
11. Working at heights ticket (or willing to obtain)
12. Comfortable working on roofs/at heights
13. Clear pre-employment national police check and medical, drug and alcohol test
14. Positive, can-do attitude and teamwork
15. Trades experience - roofing and roof plumbing preferred, and reflective in rate of pay
Responsibilities
16. Inspect roofs for leaks and damage
17. Apply membranes to prevent water penetrations
18. Repair and replace flashings, box gutters, fixings etc. to prevent leaks
19. Clean roofs for leak prevention
20. Ensure safety requirements are always met
21. Procuring and preparing materials as needed
22. Assist clients with concerns and queries professionally
23. Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy work site
24. Work with the rest of the team to deliver a high standard of work
