We're hiring and on the hunt for our next ambitious Client Partner to join the Client Experience team at Social Garden.
This role is for someone who truly understands clients, someone who's ideally experienced both client and agency life and knows how to translate commercial goals into impactful marketing strategy and performance.
As Client Partner, you'll lead a team and a portfolio of clients and act as their strategic growth partner; shaping strategy, driving revenue outcomes, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including CMOs, CEOs, and marketing leaders.
This is not a traditional account management role. You'll be the driving force behind key client relationships, collaborating with our media, performance, tech and creative teams. This role oversees complex projects to shape innovative marketing strategies that make a defining impact for your clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
* Own the commercial performance and strategic growth of a high-value portfolio of clients.
* Lead strategic planning and develop long-term growth roadmaps for major accounts.
* Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within your portfolio to hit revenue management targets.
* Drive business development strategy, leading major pitches and new business opportunities.
* Lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
* Engage and influence senior stakeholders (CMO/CEO level) as a trusted advisor.
* Collaborate with digital and creative leads to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectation.

Experience
* Hybrid Experience: Ideally 7+ years of experience across both agency and client-side environments.
* Financial Acumen: Experience managing large-scale budgets ($1M+) and a track record of driving ROI.
* Strategic Mastery: Significant experience in developing multi-channel customer acquisition and retention plans.
* Media and digital Native: A deep understanding of performance marketing, social content, media and customer experience strategies.
* Relevant industry accreditations or bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. Must have Agency experience!
