Velocity Truck Centres (VTC) is Australia's largest network of commercial truck dealerships, representing Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso. We are currently seeking a motivated graduate to join us as a Trainee Business Manager.
About The Opportunity
This is a structured development program designed to build your capability in:
* Supporting the sales team with customer enquiries
* Learning the basics of finance products and how they support truck sales
* Assisting with customer documentation and simple finance applications
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and customers
* Understanding the dealership sales process end-to-end
You'll be mentored by experienced Business Managers, supported by our national Financial Services team, and trained across key areas of sales, finance and customer engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Helping qualify customer needs and sharing tailored finance options
* Supporting the preparation of finance submissions (full training provided)
* Maintaining accurate records and daily logs
* Attending dealership and sales meetings
* Contributing to a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle
What We're Looking For
* A recent graduate in business, commerce, finance, marketing, or similar
* Some retail or customer service experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and confidence using technology
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
