Job Title: Service Engineer
Location: Ipswich, IP3 9RR — must be based no more than 12 miles from the office
Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus Overtime & Perks
Job type: Permanent, Full time
The Role
* Installing, servicing, and supporting production machinery worldwide
* Carrying out mechanical engineering tasks, servicing, and repairs
* Working with PLCs, AC drive controls, and machine controls
* Travelling internationally regularly while also being factory-based when not on site
The Candidate
* Proven experience in production machine service/installation
* Electro-mechanical engineering background
* Strong knowledge of PLCs, AC drive controls, and machine controls
* Experience Within The Converting Industry (advantageous but not essential)
* Based locally in Ipswich or nearby, within 12 miles, with the ability to be factory-based when not travelling
* Willing to travel worldwide
