We're seeking a qualified Construction Supervisor to manage volume residential builds from Worongary to Cudgen NSW.

Your Role
Responsibilities
As a Construction Supervisor, you'll oversee multiple detached housing projects from site cut through to handover. You'll be responsible for:
* Coordinating trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet key milestones
* Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
* Monitoring budgets, timelines, and site progress
* Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
What You Bring
* Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)
* NSW Supervisor Licence (required or willingness to obtain)
* Certificate IV in Building and Construction (required)
* Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
* White Card and valid Driver's Licence
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
